Accounts

You can run the public check without an account. If you create an account — whether you are checking a property or are a specialist — we store the name you give, the contact channel you choose (email, phone, Telegram or WhatsApp) and your sign-in credentials. We use them only to sign you in and, for someone checking a property, to let a specialist you have chosen reach you about your case. A specialist’s account also stores the professional profile and credentials they choose to publish in the public directory. Your account is processed on the basis of your consent; you can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact below.

Cases, documents, payment and who can see them

If you sign in and create a case from your result, the case stores a copy of that result as shown on your result screen — its zone, the ownership form you chose, the issues found together with the answers that raised them, the items not checked and the version of the rules used — plus any note you add. It does not store your full set of answers or any link back to the anonymous statistics. This check result is visible to the specialist you choose only after you pay the platform fee. You can also upload property documents to a case (for example a title deed). We do not read or analyse your documents; we store them securely so the lawyer you choose can review them. Your documents are kept for the lifetime of the case, so your chosen lawyer can work on it, and are deleted together with the case. A case is kept for up to 90 days and is then deleted automatically, together with its documents. A case and its documents are visible only to you and to the specialists you explicitly grant access to — and a lawyer you grant access to receives the case and its documents only after you pay the platform fee. The fee is for securely collecting and handing over your documents to the lawyer you chose; it is not a fee for legal advice. Inside a paid case, you and the specialist you chose can also exchange messages; those messages are stored as part of the case, are visible only to you and that specialist, and are deleted together with the case. You can change or withdraw a specialist’s access at any time, which takes effect immediately. You can also move a case to the archive at any time: its messages, documents and conclusions become read-only, and the case is kept for up to 90 days so both sides can settle any questions, then deleted automatically together with its documents and messages. If you and the specialist have both confirmed that a deal was signed, the case is kept as a record of that agreement and is not removed automatically.
